Only written cancellation in the form of email sent to info@seekrets.in with subject line “cancellation of my order no: ………..” will be considered for cancellation.
After cancellation of the order within the prescribed time through email, you will get a call from our executives to confirm the same and thereafter your request will be processed. You can either opt for a credit coupon for the same amount you paid which can be used for buying any other items from us or refund of the amount paid after deducting 3% or Rs.25 whichever is higher through the same payment mode within 21 days.
