At seekrets, we have a hassle-free procedure to make sure that our customers can shop online in confidence and all items are checked and confirmed by our team before sending to you. However, in the rare case of your ordered item is defective or faulty or mismatched, you need not worry. Please read below the details of our return policy.
- For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on innerwear products due to the intimate nature of the same. Hence, kindly ensure correct size while ordering innerwear products and in case you have any doubts while selecting the size, please call our customer care and we shall be happy to help you. For returns due to sizing, the cost of to-and-fro dispatch to be paid by customer.
- In the rare case of any manufacturing defect found in the item received by you, it will be processed for exchange only if it is intimated with in three days from the date of receipt of the parcel. Returns after the specified period will not be accepted and will be sent back at your cost.
- In such cases, please return the products in unworn and unwashed condition with all tags, if in case the tags are removed we will not accept the returns which will be sent back to you at your cost.
- For products which are incorrectly dispatched, damaged in transit, with defects please send us a mail to email@example.com . On confirmation, we will send a replacement within 10 working days after receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
- For products purchased at retail price, refund will be made through the mode the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
- The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days from our end. We are not responsible for any delays from the banks.
- We review our Return Policy time to time; changes will be made in connection to it.
